Owners are very nice and friendly. Decor of rooms are a bit out dated, but they are VERY clean and tidy! Rates are very affordable as well! I will be coming back!

Staff was friendly and inviting breakfast was amazing the best I've had in any hotel I've ever stayed at room was very clean warm and inviting will be going back to the hotel if we're ever in that area again and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is

THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE , THE STAFFS ARE VERY NICE , ITS VERY QUIET , YOU HAVE A TACO BELL RIGHT NEXT DOOR A GROCERY STORE BEHIND IT , AND SO MUCH MORE OTHER STUFF AROUND THE HOTEL , ALSO ITS A HOLIDAY GAS STATION ACROSS THE STREET , OTHER THEN THAT ITS NICE PLACE TO STAY I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY TRAVELERS THAT TRAVELING FAR TO COME IN STAY HERE WE LIVE 13 HOURS AND WE STAYED HERE !!!!

60 Inch Smart Tv king-size bed hot Showers heated bathroom Fridge with separate freezer microwave Tons of storage Full size desk office chair convenient location next to taco bell, gas stations grocery store for 60$ ??? What more could you want ?

I was too harsh in my last review, I don’t want to put the hotel out of business. I changed my 1 star to 5 because you can’t make improvements without more customers. As of today, this isn’t a very nice place. They need staff, and serious renovation in these rooms. If this wasn’t my only option, I wouldn’t be here.

It has a few issues but nothing to major. Very large rooms for the price. It seemed decently clean in my opinion. The rooms I have been in didn't seem bad at all. If you need a place and wanna stay cheap without sacrificing a decent safe stay . this place is fine for the most part

Recently stayed the night here as I was passing through the UP on my way west. I was a late checkin but there was staff at the desk when I walked in. I had trouble with my key, but the staff was friendly and helpful in resolving the problem. Nothing fancy here, but the TV was big, the room was big, the bathroom was clean, the sink and shower worked, the bed was clean and comfy, and there was a fridge and microwave. It was also the best price in town.

Everything was fantastic.. our room was clean and comfortable lots of room and the bed and comforter was so cozy! We are happy!! The owners are super nice and accommodating....! Yes this is a older hotel but It wasn't horrible like you hear in other reviews. The rates are great. Thank you will be coming back very soon!

I came here at 2:00 in the morning the other day to wait out the slush blizzard, the lady who greeted me behind the counter, was nice and the transaction was easy. I was in room 103. If you want to be nitpicky I'm sure you'll find something, but everything was in order, everything worked, You could see where they had some plumbing issues at one point in the bathroom in the ceiling but no big deal. If you're a light sleeper like me, around 5:30 in the morning the traffic will become annoying, but that's no fault of the motel. If you want to feel a sense of security, having four locks in the door is definitely nice haha. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, fairly large TV, wardrobe, lots of cabinets, definitely would be a decent extended stay place. Like someone mentioned there is a whiff of mold in the lobby area, they must have had some related plumbing damage at one point, But the room was fresh smelling and fine.

UPDATE: First time back this year. The updates are truly amazing!!! King size room is stunning! The bathroom is huge! Also, there are handicap shower/tub chairs already in the bathroom should you need them! The owners out-did themselves!!!! We visit this area several times a year to see friends. Found place at the last minute because everything in the area was booked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The new owner (s), privately owned locally, is doing an excellent job with the remodeling! Owners are polite and ask about your stay. The first floor is done and the rooms are excellent! Bed is so comfortable (no aches and pains next morning), fridge/microwave, clean, bathroom is a decent size, NO BUGS at all and I check every hotel room we stay in. Also small free breakfast and coffee.
